Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with all original tags intact, and free of any damage. It must also be in its original packaging. You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll do our best to make it right.
Store Credit Only
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned item. Refunds to original payment methods are not offered.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item for store credit, and then use that credit to make a new purchase. Or choose another size or colour.
